Mine are currently in storage. But the usual suspect for this type of failure are electrolytic capacitors and voltage regulator.

Hello,
 What's the current status of your JLC Rev 2 ?
I took my MSB+ out of storage, plugged it in...
No Lights !?! It was working when I put it on a shelf.
 I have not yet found a schematic/service manual.
